The New Jersey complaint claims that clients who paid monthly for cell service agreements were unaware they would be charged administrative fees. Because that cost wasn’t included in the monthly price that their service plans stated, the plaintiffs claimed that these charges were “misleading” and were made in a “deceptive and unfair manner.”
Concerning charges made to clients between January 1, 2016, and November 8, 2023, the settlement has been reached. It is still possible for those impacted to submit a claim until this spring. The following information will help you determine your eligibility and how to apply for the settlement.
