How do I determine whether I’m involved in a class-action lawsuit?

The settlement website states that customers of Verizon who paid an administrative or telco recover charge between January 1, 2016, and November 8, 2023, and received data services or postpaid wireless services—basically, users billed for their cell service at the end of a specific billing cycle—are eligible to join the class-action lawsuit.

No notice of the settlement should be sent by email or letter to eligible individuals, according Verizon’s records.
