Traffic Changes Announced by Penn State Before Luke Combs Concert

Before the Luke Combs concert at Beaver Stadium on Saturday, April 27, Penn State Parking released updated parking, traffic, and transit information.
The university advised drivers to exercise caution and factor in extra time for their excursions, as heavy traffic is anticipated over the weekend. The following are the alterations to the campus and nearby roadways.

Traffic Changes for Student Parking Availability

The permits for student parking will be valid at any lots west of Bigler Road that normally enable student parking on weekends. On the parking map, those sections are designated as “E/W.”

In order to make more room for guests on Saturday, it is advised that faculty, staff, and students park on the ground rather than in parking decks.

Limitations on Traffic

Curtin Road will remain closed between University Drive and Porter Road until the end of the event, as it has done all week. Beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Porter Road between Curtin Road and Park Avenue will also be blocked.
