Note that the proposal regarding the company’s Consolidated Financial Statements, item no. 3 of the agenda, has been revised. Additionally, a new agenda item no. 16 with respect to the appointment of an external member to the Company’s audit committee draws attention to a suggestion made by the Board of Directors.
The agenda and recommendations are the same as in the Company’s prior statement from February 9, 2024, in all other respects.
The time for submitting nominations for the Board of Directors has passed, as per the Company’s earlier notification released on February 26, 2024. The following people have declared their intention to run for the Board of Directors:
