First Evy self-erecting electric crane revealed by Potain

The Evy 30-23 4 t is a brand-new self-erecting crane from tower crane manufacturer Potain.

Designed with homebuilding in mind

A maximum height under the hook of 35 metres can be achieved with a 30-degree raised jib and variable jib locations of 10, 20, or 30 degrees.

In addition, the jib can be hydraulically folded into a 15-meter length, which can be further trimmed to a 24-meter length if necessary.

Connect telematics

The Evy 30-23 4 t may be easily transported as a trailer at 25 km/h or as a semi-trailer at 80 km/h since it is compatible with the current axles.

The range is designed to meet the European Safety Standard EN 14439, ensuring uniform safety standards for climbing tower cranes suitable for building projects up to three floors high.

The new Evy 30-23 4 t type crane is unique not just because of its electric power but also because it is the first product created by Potain using their Voice of the Customer process for product development.

This creative method, which emphasises maximising height under the hook and streamlining job site setup, guarantees that the crane is customized to satisfy the unique needs of the client.

Featuring a remarkable 4-ton lifting capacity and a 1-ton capacity at the end of a 30-meter jib, which can be easily reduced to 24 metres when needed.

With this function, heavy loads can be handled precisely and within a reasonable radius.
